Online and Face-to-Face EMDR

EMDR therapy is effective in treating a range of psychological conditions, primarily those stemming from distressing or traumatic experiences. Some of the conditions EMDR can help with include PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, anxiety performance, phobias and fears, dissociative disorders, stress-related disorders and more.

Counselling for Students

Being a student can be a stressful time. Maybe you have moved out of your family home into student accommodation and are living with a group of other students. Are you overwhelmed by the workload and deadlines? Talking to a therapist can help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space. Discount is available for counselling students and all University students. Counselling sessions can be carried out either face to face or online.
